Software995 Inc. announced Event Promotion workspaces for ThinkMatch open events, giving hosts one place to create promotional materials, share an event through multiple channels, and monitor the resulting activity.
After creating an open event, a host can choose Promote from the event review page. The workspace provides a full-size poster designer, a compact table-card designer, suggested social and email copy, and a dedicated link for an event website. Posters can be prepared in Letter, A4, or Tabloid format, and table cards can be prepared in several compact print sizes.
Each outreach channel receives its own tracked link. A poster, table card, social post, customer email, and event website can therefore lead to the same public event while retaining separate visit and participant attribution. Long promotional URLs remain behind QR codes or copy buttons rather than becoming part of the participant experience.
The workspace also gives the host a focused activity view showing joined participants, completed questionnaires, participants placed into groups, invited guests, recent activity, and channel-level visits and attributed participants.
The tools are intended to complement the systems an organizer already uses. A Meetup organizer can retain Meetup for discovery and RSVPs, a convention can retain its registration and session schedule, and a community organization can retain its existing website and email tools while using ThinkMatch for introductions, matching, private communication, and event-specific promotion.
Printed materials make the feature useful during an event as well as before it. Hosts can place posters near convention registration, conference session rooms, campuses, workplaces, or community entrances, while smaller QR cards can sit at networking tables, check-in desks, exhibitor booths, or counters.
Promotion tracking is scoped to the individual open event. Someone who follows a tracked link reaches the normal public ThinkMatch event page, and the event workspace reports aggregate visits and resulting participation for that channel.
ThinkMatch remains free for hosts and guests. Event Promotion is available for organizer-created open events and works alongside ThinkMatch's questions, compatibility-based groups, conversation starters, private chat, optional video, and in-person event experience.
