Terms of Service
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ThinkMatch, a service operated by Software995 Inc. By accessing or using ThinkMatch, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Using ThinkMatch
ThinkMatch helps people discover, create, join, and participate in events and introduction experiences. Features may include questionnaires, automated matching, group formation, messaging, video, venue pages, public discussions, and links to third-party services. You may use ThinkMatch only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Eligibility and minors
Users under 18 are permitted. If you are a minor, you may use ThinkMatch only with the permission and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A child under 13 may use features that collect personal information only after legally required verifiable parental consent, or through a school or organization authorized to consent within a legally permitted educational context. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use and may contact us to review or request deletion of a child's information.
3. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account, and activity conducted through it. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or share access in a way that compromises safety. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
4. Conduct and real-world safety
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger others; publish unlawful or abusive material; collect another person's information without permission; interfere with the service; or use ThinkMatch for fraud, spam, sexual exploitation, or illegal activity. ThinkMatch does not supervise most events or verify every participant, host, venue, statement, or identity. Use reasonable judgment, meet in appropriate settings, follow venue and host rules, and contact emergency services when necessary.
5. Events, hosts, and user content
Hosts are responsible for their events, invitations, questions, access rules, schedules, and compliance with applicable requirements. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Software995 Inc. a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve ThinkMatch. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit.
6. Matching and automated features
Matches, compatibility signals, summaries, suggestions, and generated questions are automated aids, not guarantees, professional advice, background checks, or safety determinations. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You decide whether and how to communicate with or meet another person.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use, retain, protect, and delete it. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for an event or introduction. Other participants may see content you intentionally share in public or group features.
8. Venues and third-party services
Public venue pages may use OpenStreetMap or other third-party data and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, availability, or permission from a venue. Third-party maps, calendars, identity providers, video services, links, and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. Contact us to request correction or removal of inaccurate venue information.
9. Free service, changes, and termination
ThinkMatch is currently offered without a participation fee, but internet, device, venue, travel, or third-party costs may apply. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features and may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or are required to be removed by law. You may stop using ThinkMatch or delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkMatch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, compatibility, safety, or a successful introduction. Software995 Inc. is not responsible for conduct by participants, hosts, venues, or third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Software995 Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of ThinkMatch. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. California law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or safety changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when legally required. Continuing to use ThinkMatch after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
