ThinkMatch has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). To ensure a safe environment for all users, we adhere to the following standards:
- Strict Prohibition: We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers children.
- Reporting & Action: Users can report suspicious behavior or content directly through our in-app reporting tools or by emailing [email protected]. Confirmed violations result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We comply with all applicable child safety laws and will report any confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
