Software995 Inc. announced multi-answer and ranked questionnaire support for ThinkMatch, giving guests a more flexible way to describe their interests and priorities before attending an event.
Selected ThinkMatch prompts can now allow guests to choose multiple preset answers instead of forcing a single response. Guests can also add their own written answer when the available choices do not fully describe them.
Hosts can also create ranked-list questions where guests put choices in their preferred order. Ranked answers help ThinkMatch distinguish a guest's highest priorities from lower-priority options when generating introductions, personas, group insights, and matching signals.
The update supports richer event prompts across food, hobbies, outdoor activities, values, technology, creative interests, live events, and other social topics. For example, a guest can indicate several hobbies, several favorite food categories, several kinds of live events they would enjoy attending, or what matters most when meeting new people.
ThinkMatch stores these responses in a structured format while still preserving readable answer text for profiles, event questionnaires, host-created questions, prompts, and matching flows.
For hosts, multi-answer prompts can make event setup more useful without making questionnaires feel longer. A small number of better prompts can capture more context and help guests arrive with stronger conversation starting points.
ThinkMatch is designed to help people meet in person without forcing immediate exchange of personal contact information. Guests answer event questions, ThinkMatch uses those answers to support introductions or group formation, and communication can remain inside the platform.
"People are rarely defined by one answer," said Scott Rothstein, Architect at Software995 Inc. "Someone might enjoy hiking, cooking, music, and trying new restaurants, while also having clear priorities about what makes a conversation feel worthwhile. Multi-answer and ranked prompts let ThinkMatch understand that fuller picture and use it to help people meet more comfortably in real life."
About ThinkMatch
ThinkMatch is an AI-powered platform built to change how people meet in real life. Guests answer event-specific questions, and ThinkMatch uses their responses to support more thoughtful introductions, compatible groups, conversation starters, private chat, and optional video before people meet in person. Hosts can create free public or private events for parties, meetings, campus activities, conventions, community gatherings, and other real-world occasions. ThinkMatch's goal is to make meeting new people feel easier, warmer, and more intentional by helping people find the right person, group, or table before they walk into the room.
