Software995 Inc. announced public venue poster printing for ThinkMatch venue pages, giving local businesses a simple way to promote recurring social events at their location and turn in-person attention into future event participation.
Venue staff can print a poster with the event name, venue details, schedule information, and a QR code guests can scan to join.
The update is designed for real-world venue staff. A restaurant, bar, cafe, or other local business can place a poster near the register, host stand, bulletin board, or table without needing to manage event setup or sign in as a host.
For venues, the poster can act as a lightweight traffic driver. A visible QR code at the counter, host stand, bulletin board, or table can invite current customers into a future gathering, help fill slower recurring time slots, and give people a social reason to come back with friends.
The poster tool includes black-and-white and color print options and supports an optional local image upload for the printed page. ThinkMatch does not use the generic event image by default, so venues can keep the poster practical and specific to their location when they choose to add imagery.
Venue posters complement ThinkMatch's existing share links by making the invitation visible in the physical space where people are already deciding whether to join, scan, and participate.
"A QR code works best when it is exactly where the social moment is happening," said Scott Rothstein, Architect at Software995 Inc. "Public venue posters let the actual venue help people discover and join the ThinkMatch event without turning the venue owner into a software administrator."
