Software995 Inc. announced a new SearchWithin peer-verified personality assessment, a 24-question 360-degree survey designed to help people understand how their social personality is perceived by others.
The assessment complements ThinkMatch by helping people reflect on how they show up socially before and after real-world events.
Unlike a traditional self-report test, the tool can collect outside impressions from friends, coworkers, classmates, teammates, dates, and other groups.
