In this professional development session, teachers will explore arts integration strategies that expand content learning, connect to tour experiences, and support collaboration with presenting educators. This is part of a series of professional development sessions that help teachers infuse their content with creativity. Teachers of all subjects can come and learn how infusing art and art integration strategies into their content will provide students with a creative structure within their content learning. Once a month, gather to sit together and experience a live ambient music performance timed to the Skyspace light sequence. The event takes place near the full moon, equinox, or solstice so the changing natural light becomes part of the experience. During the program, a featured musician or sound artist performs an hour-long set of calming, immersive sound. As the sun sets, the Skyspace light show gradually shifts overhead, blending sound and light into a shared, meditative experience designed for relaxation, mindfulness, and reflection. Join John Lasater, Peter Pohle, and others for a one-of-a-kind studio class in oil painting. Class will meet every Tuesday (except certain breaks around holidays and Summer), starting June 9, 2026. There are two time slots to choose from: 11:30am-2pm, and 4:00pm-6:30pm. Space is limited to six students per time slot. If you want to come to both, that’s an option also! $200/month, or $375/month if attending both sessions. FAQs: 1. Supplies? The classroom will have tables, chairs and easels, but you bring the rest. There will be storage if you want to leave your supplies. There is no cleanup sink, so brushes need to be taken home to wash…recommend bringing a towel to wrap them in. 2. Medium? Up to you! Instructors have experience with multiple mediums, though oil is the main specialty. 3. Curriculum? No. It’s casual. Instruction or exercises will be tailored to you as you express need. Mainly, just come and work on what you want to work on, and count on the instructor being able to guide. 4. Holding a Spot? You might think of the cost as a membership fee. However, if you take a month or two off it may be difficult to hold your place. This can be handled case by case.

Once a month, gather to sit together and experience a live ambient music performance timed to the Skyspace light sequence. The event takes place near the full moon, equinox, or solstice so the changing natural light becomes part of the experience. During the program, a featured musician or sound artist performs an hour-long set of calming, immersive sound. As the sun sets, the Skyspace light show gradually shifts overhead, blending sound and light into a shared, meditative experience designed for relaxation, mindfulness, and reflection. This event is free, no tickets required. About Deep Listening Club Each session features a different artist curated in partnership with KOBV Radio. Start times change throughout the year to match sunset. The performance begins 30 minutes before sunset and lasts approximately one hour. Seating inside the Skyspace is limited, and guests should plan to arrive early to secure a seat.

Successful romance novelist, Paul Sheldon, is rescued from a car crash by his “number one fan,” Annie Wilkes, and wakes up captive in her secluded home. While Paul is convalescing, Annie reads his latest book and becomes enraged when she discovers the author has killed off her favorite character, Misery Chastain. Annie forces Paul to write a new Misery novel, and he quickly realizes Annie has no intention of letting him go anywhere. The irate Annie has Paul writing as if his life depends on it, and it does. Directed by Anna Haslett-Adams. This play is a psychological thriller that contains intense and mature material, including strong language and depictions of abduction, captivity, psychological torment, and violence. Due to this content, the play is typically recommended for mature audiences only.
